Cancellation Policy
You must Reschedule 48 hours before scheduled appointment in order for deposit to rollover and still be used for another appointment. Your $20 deposit will be forfeited and another $20 required to reschedule if less than 48 hours. If I reschedule our appointment the $20 deposit is still good for 2 weeks to reschedule and have the deposit go toward your appointment. You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for a cancellation after the 24 hour window. 60% of the booked service for any same day cancellations. 100% of the service for no call no show or not confirming your appointment. If you frequently reschedule same day you will eventually be banned from my books.
